MAZDA CX-5 Gas Mileage & Trim Levels

The new Mazda CX-5 offers five trim levels. These include the Sport, Touring, Grand Touring, Grand Touring Reserve, and Signature. All of the first three trims are built with a standard Skyactiv®-G 2.5L four-cylinder engine which generates 186 lb-ft of torque and 187 hp and the option for AWD or FWD. The two top trims offer a Skyactiv®-G 2.5T four-cylinder engine that provides up to 310 lb-ft of torque and 250 hp, with standard i-Activ AWD®. The Mazda CX-5 mpg depends on the trim and engine option chosen. Here are the 2020 Mazda CX-5 gas mileage ratings:

• Skyactiv®-G 2.5L four-cylinder with FWD: 25 mpg city and 31 mpg highway*
• Skyactiv®-G 2.5L four-cylinder with i-Activ AWD®: 24 mpg city and 30 mpg highway*
• 250-hp Skyactiv®-G 2.5T four-cylinder with i-Activ AWD®: 22 mpg city and 27 mpg highway*

In addition to a fuel-efficient drive, the new Mazda CX-5 offers a large gas tank to allow for more time on the road and less time filling up at the pump.
