I’ve been coming here for my Mazdas for over 10 years, and it’s always been such a great place to buy a car. Everyone is genuinely friendly, and I’ve never felt any of those typical “car salesman” vibes. Got a part from Bloomington Mazda yesterday payed 691.00 for cv shaft. Came without a 2 dollar c clip. Now I understand parts from dealerships are expensive but when you pay the prices for parts they want and all of the part is not there I was pissed to say the least. Especially when my car was on side of the road. I called to let them know left message about this issue, they never called back. I’m done with Mazda dealerships.
