I recently purchased a new Mazda from Sam Leman Mazda and had a great experience. Justin Schultz greeted me as I walked in the door and we talked at length as to the type of car I was looking for and what I would be using it for. I had done quite a bit of research in advance of going to dealerships but needed to physically see and sit in the cars before doing any more research and Justin was very accommodating in showing me all the cars and talking me through all the other cars that fit in the same category I was looking at. At no point did I feel pressured or like I was getting the hard sale -- Justin was truly looking to put me in a car that would be best for me that matched my budget and lifestyle. In the end we found a great car that had an even better financing special and he came in on his off day to sell the car to me. Everybody I met with at the dealership was friendly and honest and were working in my best interest.

Once again Matt Klepec was amazing! He helped our 18 year old daughter purchase her first car. He was patient and listened to her wants and needs. Matt made sure it was a great experience for her. Highly recommend working with Matt. This is our 3rd Sam Lehman vehicle purchase and won’t be our last.

There is no way to explain to people the level of service provided by Justin Schultz. Was kind and caring (check & 5 stars) Was able to meet our needs (check and 5 stars) Found a car for us in the timeframe needed (check and 5 stars) Went above and beyond to not only meet expectations but exceed them (CHECK CHECK and 5 stars). Does Justin want to make a sales? ABSOLUTELY. But more importantly does Justin want to establish and build a relationship so you want to buy another car from him in the future? YES YES YES! He builds trust by saying what he was going to do and then he does it. While I would hope that all future car sale experiences will be with him. If that is not the case, there is an extremely high bar that has been set as to what it should be going forward. Sam Lehman & Mazda... you MUST keep this guy, let him do what he does and train others to embody it! I would hope you will take time to share this with him. But don't worry I will be chatting with Corporate headquarters as well. They need to know the 5 star gem they have working for their brand!!
